I bit on that cell phone article right away! Ugh, I can think of a lot of “buts”; however, that first one is a good starting place. I DON’T check my phone more than once an hour.
I struggle with the cell phone checking. I have (recently) decided to leave my phone at home when I go to dinner with my family. When I return, I check my phone – I typically haven’t missed a thing.
I am compulsive with emails, and phone checking, so those are for me!
I opened up the fears one first, though.
Me too. I am trying to designate certain time periods during the day for email, but so far, I haven’t had much success. Will keep trying.
