Welcome! I am a lawyer turned freelance writer, essayist, and editor. I like Wilde’s words. They also make me realize how self-love is such a big part of knowing who you are, being oneself and then being able to reach out to others. The directive of the flight attendants speaks a common sense application of Wilde’s advice. “Put your oxygen mask on first…then help others…”. Trish
